This website is operated by DADAROO TCG. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to DADAROO TCG. By visiting this website, submitting a form, joining the inventory notification list, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

DADAROO TCG sells factory-sealed trading card game products and related collectible products. Product availability, pricing, descriptions, images, limits, shipping options, and promotions may change at any time without notice.

By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, address issues, suspicious activity, or policy violations are detected.

Sealed trading card products are sold as sealed retail products. DADAROO TCG does not guarantee the contents, card pulls, card condition inside sealed packs, grading outcomes, future value, tournament legality, or market price movement of any trading card product.

Product names, trademarks, logos, images, and brands belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products being sold. DADAROO TCG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokemon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Disney Lorcana, Ravensburger, Marvel, or any other trading card game publisher or rights holder unless clearly stated.

Payments are processed through Stripe when checkout is enabled. Shipping labels and tracking may be handled through Shippo and shipping carriers. Linked marketplace listings may be handled through eBay and are subject to eBay's terms and policies.

Opened trading card products are not eligible for return. Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with checkout, attempt unauthorized admin access, submit false information, or use the site for fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept any updated terms.
