Shipping Policy

DADAROO TCG currently ships within the United States.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product releases, new product launches, severe weather, or high-volume periods.

All shipped orders include tracking when a shipping label is purchased. Tracking is sent to the customer email provided at checkout after the order is packed and the label is created.

Sealed trading card products are packed carefully in shipping boxes with protective packaging. We do our best to reduce movement inside the shipping box and protect sealed products during transit.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the shipping carrier. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed.

For higher-value orders, DADAROO TCG may add insurance or signature confirmation at our discretion.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Please include your order number and photos of the shipping box, shipping label, packaging, and product. Please keep the original shipping box and packaging until the issue is resolved.

DADAROO TCG is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, refused delivery, unclaimed packages, or other issues outside of our control.
