Return and Refund Policy

DADAROO TCG sells factory-sealed trading card game products. Because sealed trading card products can be opened, tampered with, or altered after delivery, returns are accepted only under limited conditions.
Sealed products may be eligible for return only if they are unopened, untampered with, and in the same condition received. Opened trading card products, products with broken shrink wrap, products with signs of tampering, or products damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Customers must contact us at [email protected] before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. If your return is approved, the item must be shipped back in secure packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error by DADAROO TCG.
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs may not be refundable. Refund timing may depend on Stripe, the payment method, and the customer's bank or card issuer.
If an order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include photos of the outside shipping box, shipping label, inside packaging, and damaged product. Please keep the original shipping box and packaging until the issue is resolved.
If an order is canceled before shipment, any refund will be handled through the original payment method when possible.
